They claim that they are devoted to customer satisfaction. Don't believe that story. I have had a problem with windows they supplied and they have done nothing to help me at all. I have called them, my contractor has called them, no response. Very disappointing.
They mis-ordered 4 windows, $4500 worth of $20,000 order. Admitted error but refused to order correct size. The refused to return calls, texts, emails. This refusal to correct held up my remodel project for 3 MONTHS. (I asked Rod why and he said "I've been busy") Even then I had to get management at Marvin in MN involved to get those windows. Do business with Rod or this business at your own peril. There are plenty of other Marvin dealers around.
