Mountain Window and Door, and Michael in particular provide horrible customer service. I have windows and doors purchased through them and under warranty. After a promise to come replace some weather stripping, my calls have gone unanswered. If you are in the market for new windows or doors, I would highly recommend steering clear of Mountain Window and Door and Michael.
