Our house is about 3 1/2 years old. Friday evening our kitchen door to the backyard gear box broke in the open state so door could not be latched closed. Was using a 45 lb weight. Saturday called the mechanism company and ordered a new one but won’t arrive for 3-4 days. We really enjoyed working with Mountain Window and Door. Zach thoroughly communicated expectations and addressed all of our questions/concerns. I was out of town when our window casing was being installed and was notified of some missing trim pieces from the window manufacturer. Zach immediately found the pieces and personally came to our house and installed them. We are very happy with our windows and the customer service was exceptional.
