I’ve been sitting on this review for quite some time because there are people at this practice whom I genuinely respect, particularly Dr. Santangelo. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences, there are several things involving Dr. Lofgren and the overall professionalism of the environment that have continued to bother me. We have been taking our guinea pig here for the last month and a half after discovering a lump on his throat after buying him. This has been the BEST experience with a vet we've ever had. He is responding to the treatment and making a huge recovery. They have been nothing but informative, honest and caring through all of this. They are extremely affordable and every person working there has been so kind. I can not thank them enough.
Brought my bearded dragon in for possible parasites/sicknesses.(08/22/26) The vet was very helpful & full of information. She walked me through all the possibilities and options available & gave me many different routes to take at diagnosing my beardy. They ran a singular test first to check for parasites(My choice as to not waste money on multiple tests that might not be needed). I was told I would receive a call with results in 2-3 days. I am grateful to Dr Lofgren for her loving care of my daughter’s rabbit, Maple. I believe she is very knowledgeable and truly cares. However, I have one concern I would like to share. We brought our beloved Maple to emergency care believing she had GI stasis, because she had stopped eating for a day. We were so shocked to learn that she was in kidney failure and was told she was not going to make it without some very expensive intensive care.
