I am grateful to Dr Lofgren for her loving care of my daughter’s rabbit, Maple. I believe she is very knowledgeable and truly cares. However, I have one concern I would like to share. Dr. Lofgren and the staff in the exotics department are beyond caring and compassionate. I brought my ball python in for 9 weeks of intensive wound care and could not have had a more positive experience here. Everything was consistent, conveyed clearly to me, and my finances were taken into consideration the entire time. Dr. Lofgren was honest, knowledgeable, and provided the best possible care for my baby. Her professionalism is exceptional and I will forever recommend this office!

After Dr. Lofgren did an exam and bloodwork, she made the correct diagnosis and after a small corrective surgery, my grandkids Beardie has so much more energy and has regained her appetite. Dr. Lofgren is wonderful !!!! She saved me and my grandkids’ B... read more
