So so so so helpful over the phone with a scary bump on our girl! So kind and thoughtful considering our situation! Would very much recommend!
My senior cat, "Dude", made it much longer than we anticipated. 15-years as the master of his domain inside and outside, he kept the rodents out of the house. After he stopped eating and drinking, we figured the time was near. When he collapsed in the garage, we knew it was time, and we took him over to Mountain West in Bluffdale. Staff were fantastic with our family when we had an emergency with our cat. Super friendly and willing to help
Took our Dutch Shepherd in at 2:00 am and they took great care of him. They took x-rays as soon as we got there and identified the issue and induced vomiting. Left there in an hour. The entire team that took care of our baby was incredible! Thank you Lexi, Trinity and Dr. Tristan. We didn’t get the front desk persons name, but she was great too!
Mountain West was absolutely amazing, after calling around a few offices in the valley they were the only one who had a wait under an hour. As soon as we arrived they took the puppy back to get her checked and while they checked the vital they got us checked in. We were out within an hour. Great experience with them and very reasonable prices! 10/10 recommend !
