Brought my white Persian, Argos, in for an emergency visit at 1:00 a.m., and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Top-notch service with an impressive bedside manner! Everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and they made a stressful late-night situation so much easier for both Argos and me. Well done, and thank you so much for taking such good care of my little guy!
I absolutely should’ve read the reviews before coming here. This is by far the worst vet experience I have ever encountered. My dog hurt his paw today and I brought him in for X-rays. I had been sitting in that place for 4 hours with maybe 3 interactions from staff that aren’t the receptionists. The vet came in for MAYBE 5 minutes, seemed like she hated being there and was annoyed that she had to do her job. Irresponsible with no idea how to communicate between themselves. They will blame you for their mistakes and ask why you didn't try harder when they are the ones failing at their job. My cat was given the WRONG label with an INCORRECT DOSING AMOUNT for an ANTIBIOTIC. After I called and double checked to find that it was definitely WRONG, I provided the correct amount to my pet that week just to find that it was filled with HALF of what she needed.
