I fully believe that my sweet kitty would be back home cuddling in my lap instead of me digging her a grave right now, had I taken her anywhere else. In a huge building with so many on staff, I came across only 1 vet tech, Tara, who had compassion. Tara-please find somewhere else to work before this place steals your soul. Every other person I came into contact with over 4 days was cold hearted and money driven. The girl with the blue hair and glasses was the worse. Lowest level of care goes to the cats they take in. Please don't take your furr baby there if you love them :(
The staff here was so lovely and amazing supporting me when my beautiful pet bunny passed away suddenly after a medical emergency, all while providing us great options for cremation for him. They spoke so sweetly and kindly to him when they took him away and I knew he was in good hands.
My husband and I are SO impressed with these guys! Our poor dog Bandit got attacked at the dog park and was left with a deep, open gash on his neck :( I work in the dog world and know how expensive things can be… but these guys were amazing! They had to do an overnight stay (as Bandit wasn’t the most urgent case) but they explained everything to us on what they were going to do and a rough estimate on when he’d be done. I brought Gracie in when she was acting strange and the team immediately diagnosed a ruptured tumor. During surgery prep she went into cardiac arrest and we lost her. The team was amazing doing their best to save her and supportive from my sudden loss. Thank you for trying to save my sweet girl. We miss her daily
