Great. I rented a tiny little tractor for some spring work on a small acreage. Mtn West treated me like I was just as important as the folks renting the big stuff. Not one chuckle or smirk if I didn't know something. And I didn't feel like I was wasting their time. I brought it up to a family member who said they'd had the same experience last year. 5 out of 5.
