After being a landscaping business owner my entire adult life I have dealt with more businesses than I can count. Mountain West Rentals is hands down the best rental company I have EVER dealt with. They had a skid readily available, however we thought if we only used 4 of the 8 hours over the weekend that we would only be charged a half day. That is not the case. And even after expressing that we didn’t get told that we would be charged 8 hours regardless, they wouldn’t make an exception to charge us for the 4 hours we used it. So we paid for 8 and only got to use 4. Just to note, be aware that there is not really a great half day option for the weekend.
