Mason and the team at Mountain West Rentals are great. I had some initial mechanical issues with a lift and they were quick to respond, get things exchanged for me, and get me back up and running
These guys are the best. They have definitely earned a long term customer. They don't nickle and dime you when they can. Good equipment. Highly reccomend them.
Where to begin, I rented a dump trailer for a weekend roofing project. The first time I tried to go dump the load the trailer wouldn't do the one thing it needs to, dump. It also had a tire that is unsafe to be driving on and no spare. I was instructed to go swap it out for one that does work, 2nd trailer had no working lights/ brakes etc. 3rd trailer did not have working turn signals or brakes, and the 4th trailer (which was the last available) has bent axles and dog walks down the road, none of the 4 had a spare tire.
