Rented a trencher this week. Without boring you with details, just about everything that could have gone wrong did. Frustrated, I called and spoke with Nick. He could sense my frustration, but stayed super calm, professional, and focused on fixing the problem. Nick went so far above and beyond to make things right, it was surprising and refreshing.
