I am a General contractor and rent almost monthly from mountain West. They are fantastic on their rental side but I bought a brand new mini stand on skid steer about 6 months ago. At 190 hours a belt broke and I took it in to get it repaired. They discovered when the belt broke it damaged some surrounding components. Their bill to replace the belt was over $1,600. They told me they would not covered under warranty. I would figure especially after the amount of money I spend with them annually they would honor their warranty.... read more
