This hospital not only didn’t help with anything while I was there has charged me an astronomical amount for the nothing they did. I’ve tried reaching out for months to their billing department and was illegally refused paperwork until I threatened to file a grievance. They still have refused communication to the point I had to contact Utahs Department of Health and report them. Son admitted to emergency room. Staff was fantastic. Billing department has not sent itemized bill. Have made 4 request in 2 months. Not sure what to do next.

UPDATE: I had to visit the er again last weekend. I had to wait until people who came in after me get seen. I got dizzy, blanked out and fell into the bathtub. My left foot was very swollen and red. I even blanked out in the er. 3 times and the same dr I seen before didnt care. The bedside manner of the dr and the nurses were awful. Like, you have a patient and they get dizzy and blank out on you, maybe you shouldn't push this patient out. The hospital left a number on the response of my last review.
