This place is fantastic. I'm a traveling worker and my starter went out while I was in the area trying to get home. I explained my situation and they had my truck in within about 2hrs. They got it fixed up and even picked me up from returning my rental vehicle. Go to this shop before anywhere else.
We were headed from Denver to California with our two dogs when our breaks suddenly stopped working on 12/23. We ended up getting a place for the night and in the morning, on Christmas Eve, we called a few places that were understandably booked until next week. We then found Mountain West Motors, gave them a call and they so graciously were able to take our car. The staff from the front desk to the back of house were all so incredibly kind. Valerie has been super helpful in making sure we can get back on the road to continue our trip. Super nice, and caring and recommended a place to stay, so we weren't without someplace to stay for the night.
We broke down 20 miles outside of Rawlins. While this was the only shop that could look at it within a couple days, I wish I would have had the car towed 250 miles to Utah knowing what I know now. The first repair was a bad water pump which at no fault to the shop had to be ordered from out of town.
