Please Think Twice – We were incredibly disappointed in Mountain West Mortgage. Rates had dropped and we asked to lock into our loan. Our broker did not lock in the loan rate and rates went back up the following business day. We had to pay over $900 to buy the rate back down to where we should have been had she done her job and locked in our loan. I think there are so many other options that you can find another mortgage company that has your best interests in mind.
