On May 8th a script was dropped off for an ultrasound. My insurance does not require prior auth. I called on May 20th to see what was going on, I was told they were still working on it but would put a note to get it done. I went in today, May 26th, and the girl told me they haven't called my insurance yet to verify eligibility (it's been 2 weeks). I asked why I was lied to? She told me I could take my script somewhere else or she would call them today and call me and let me know. Shocking but she never called. Why lie to me?
The staff was friendly and professional. They were quick and to the point. Also the exam was easy and comfortable.
