After my primary care physician left the practice, I needed to establish care with a new doctor. I thought I would try and use a local doctor with at Mountain West Medical Group. I’m never coming back after the receptionist was being very rude to my husband. I was scheduled to come in because I was in a car accident and the lady at the receptionist was being so rude that we just cancel our appointment and left. Thankfully we found someone else who treated us better.

I believe I underwent unnecessary surgeries and am grateful I figured it out before a shoulder replacement on 12-23-25. Their billing practices are suspect as well. Avoid them like the plague.

I took my dad here as it was his first time getting set up with a doctor in Tooele, and we had Dr. Oswald. He was super respectful, and seemed like he genuinely cared for his concerns. He gave him the time of day to say anything & everything and helped him in every way possible.
