I believe I underwent unnecessary surgeries and am grateful I figured it out before a shoulder replacement on 12-23-25. Their billing practices are suspect as well. Avoid them like the plague.
I took my dad here as it was his first time getting set up with a doctor in Tooele, and we had Dr. Oswald. He was super respectful, and seemed like he genuinely cared for his concerns. He gave him the time of day to say anything & everything and helped him in every way possible.
