The good: I believe they got us the best rate, and helped us take advantage of the best government programs available. The bad: every other aspect of the experience was frustrating. During the purchase of the house, our case was handled by several individuals who did not appear to communicate with each other. In addition to our documents being incorrectly prepared, they were responsible for us extending the date of sale 3 times.
