Ogden clinic (OC) billing does not operate in good faith. I went above and beyond to coord btw Tricare and OC. After helping both sides get the right authorization, OC sent my bill to collections. I called OC again to pay the remaining amount (only 2 weeks past when Tricare paid their part) but they refused to work with me. Very unreasonable people, would be hard to trust them in the future.
Dr. Skedros was professional, thorough and I felt like he took an interest in helping my daughter with the best options available. His staff was also friendly and helpful.
Dr. Wilcox removed my 16 year old daughter's tonsils at the surgical center in Bountiful. Four days after her surgery her incisions bled out requiring her to have an additional surgical procedure to revise the incisions and stop the bleeding.
