Wish I could leave zero stars. I used this company because this was who my builder (Harmony Homes, another 1star rating) used as a subcontractor. I had a quick run through on how to use it and it is not a user-friendly system . I had trouble from the beginning cameras not working and now cameras do not work at all I can't get anybody who can figure out how this system even works and the owner of this company won't even bother to return my phone call this is a terrible company he installs the system doesn't know his equipment... read more

Do your research before you finalize your decision, on a Media, security package, home automation, whatever, charge you over a thousand dollars for a security system, a ridiculous monitoring fee and this is the great part they charge YOU! For a guard company to maybe get to your house about 2 to 3 hours later, and yes the real police do no get called you can get the same DIY system for under $400, monitored for half the price and the police get called oh and no contract, I would know I'm a former employee, the so called shop... read more

I highly recommend this company for all your home security, and home audio and video installations. They can do small to large scale projects and create the home theater that you've always wanted. In addition to that they can help you to create a home monitoring system that will keep you feeling safe and secure.
