Great people to work with and very responsive.
We were under a deadline to find an industrial shop that had a unique mix of existing office space, warehousing, and 480V, 3-phase electrical requirements - all under 10k sq ft. We spent over a year and looked at over a dozen different facilities and signed two LOIs which either fell apart completely, or dragged on during the tenant improvement phase.
