I took my car through the automated car wash as I needed a touchless option. I paid an extra dollar for hot water, did the pre wash, and followed all the instructions. My car came out of the wash dirty. I posted a review reflecting that fact. The company quickly refunded the money, which I appreciated. I still have a dirty car.

I just wanted to give Mountain Carwash a shout-out!! In this world where customer service seems to have gone out of style it was very refreshing to have a company that not only fixes the problem, but does it kindly and even compensated for any inconvenience!! Thank you so much Mountain Carwash!!

Nothing came out of the sprayer. Paid for 4 minutes to rinse off my car and Nothing. No staff on site and no answer on their phone. Left with water spots all over. This is the 2nd time its happened. UPDATE: they texted back and offered an apology and refund. If I go back it'll probably only be for a hose off vs actually washing. Automatic washes just never get all the road trip bugs off the front.

Went in just to use the vacuum. Cost was $2.00 for about 5 minutes. It only allows you to pay with a card. Pulled up to the first vacuum and swiped my card. The vacuum didn't turn on. Thinking I may have swiped my card wrong I swiped 2 more times and still nothing. I moved down to another unit and swiped my card. The vacuum started and worked fine. Time ran out, I swiped my card and I vacuumed again. I left with a clean interior. I checked my bank account the next morning and saw that my card had been charged for 5 swipes, $... read more
