Saturday 9/23 I called and asked if they do a certain transaction, the man said they do. So I rushed to get to the bank to find out you can only do that transaction inside… would of been nice to know on the phone before I drove 15 minutes to find out he left out that important detail when I asked the same day. Switch your bank this bank doesn’t seem to offer much Value.
Please do not bank with these people! Customer service sucks! Couldn’t even help me get my money back!! The Idaho power took money out of the wrong account and it wasn’t even suppose to go through cause I had no money! And they couldn’t refund the money. I’m hurting financially! Great employees and managers!
After banking exclusively with Mountain West Bank for over 10 years, they decided to suggest we part ways—right after placing a hold on a check I needed to keep my business running. This was the first time I ever lost money because a bank held my funds. To make it even more ridiculous, the check they placed a hold on was given back to me as a cashier’s check when I came in to close my accounts. I have never used a more difficult bank in my life. They randomly cancel and freeze debt cards, then none of the locations have weekend lobby hours to get a new card. I would never do any of my personal banking with any of the Glacier Bancorp subsidiary banks.
