Dr. Bott is very skilled but the office is poorly managed. We had an appointment today, received text reminders and notifications. We arrived to find a note taped to the front door that there had been a possible Covid19 encounter and the office was closed till July 13th. We called and were told the same thing. We asked why we were not notified and were coldly informed that the office staff did their best to notify. NO OFFER to reschedule. No apology.
