Horrible - they do not track how they send their billing, they send you to collections & tell you they didn't- they will repeat send bills to your insurance trying to exploit them for more money. They will send things to the wrong policy number & not bother to fix things before threatening you
Even one star feels painful and undeserving. The customer service was off putting and the employees were incompetent in resolving my issue. His advice was to disregard the harassing text messages regarding an outstanding balance that does not exist.

I have paid my bill. It's cleared the bank. I have the bank statements. I have called numerous times to get this cleared up. They are unethical and I will tell my doctor for all future procedures that I will refuse to use them.
