Was sent a collection bill over $70. We had paid in full (so I thought) until months later with zero communication I get this garbage? If they can't handle billing how can they handle the operating room. Overseas operator could barely communicate when I called in and it just gets better from there.

They should be out of business or in jail. They send you bills for procedures you don't owe. You pay the bill then they say it will take 30-45 days to refund so call back then. So you call back they oh another 2-3 weeks then we will process your refund you just have to wait another 60-90 days????? How is this place in business am I really going to get my refund?????? 1.3 rating on Google really how has this place stayed in business????? I am praying I don't have to go to court. This is one really bad run business.

This anesthesia billing company is hands down the most dysfunctional organization I have ever dealt with. My surgery center unfortunately used them for my shoulder surgery four months ago, and despite paying in full on the day of my surgery, they have never stopped bombarding us with emails, texts, and calls claiming we never paid.
