First of all, my care was great!!! Customer service concerning billing ect was HORRIBLE. Couldnt get answers and when I asked to speak with a local US Representative, I endlessly waited on hold with no one ever picking the phone up. After 3 weeks of calling I did actually get a over seas rep that was able to anwer my question. FRUSTRATING customer service to say the least.

Horrible billing service! I was double billed for an epidural related to childbirth…once in September (actual procedure) and once in January…tell me how that’s even possible? I’ve called three times and each time they said they would remove the second charge but of course they did not, and still have not. I continue to get texts and emails about my unpaid bill, and now collections has been notified. What do I need to do to get this resolved?! This is absolutely ridiculous. I had a great experience with my surgery on 01/30/25. This was my first surgery and I had a bit a nausea when I woke up and the team took care of it immediately! Super nice before surgery and in the operating room! Thanks for helping me feel more comfortable!

Update: even after calling and “resolving” my bill according to the representative on their end, I am still getting harassing calls and texts saying my bill is unpaid every few days. Great anesthesia, terrible billing. They seriously need to reevaluate who is doing their billing. We paid our bill in full and before the deadline. Great anesthesia, terrible billing. They seriously need to reevaluate who is doing their billing. We paid our bill in full and before the deadline. The money showed it was removed from our bank account, but continued to receive messages for the next month that we hadn’t paid and would be sent to collections. Also got emails from some random third party saying that they were delayed in processing our payment and it would be returned to our account. Had to call several times to finally get them to process the payment.
