The boss works there and is truly there to help. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper boot fitting and expert knowledge and great service.
This place is legit! Been stuck twice with broken Salomon binding parts. Checked about 10 other shops in Summit and Amazon with no luck. But Mountain Wave came through. They didn't have to bend over backwards searching the shop for a $6 part, but they did, and were happy to help. I may never shop for snowboard gear anywhere else.
Thank you Mountain Wave! The Vail Pass Bike ride was just what we were hoping for on our summer vacation. We took my 3 kids, two 7yr olds and a 10yr old, from the drop off down to Frisco. They loved it. Beautiful the whole way down. The staff were all professional, friendly and genuine. Great time and would highly recommend. Hope to come back for some snow rentals!
I don't even know where to start...this place is amazing! John has taken care of our entire family year after year. His attention to detail cannot be beat. We all love our boards, boots, and bindings. I highly recommend Mountain Wave for renting boards and/or purchasing! We love this place! Thanks again to John for the kind words about our little guy Jude. Time certainly does go fast. �
