Our two sighthounds had their annual check-up with Dr. Matteo Zamaria today, and he was so great with our nervous noodles. Calm, confident, and reassuring, he explained everything clearly without adding any stress, even when our greyhound wasn’t cooperating. I'm not someone who often posts GOOD reviews, but this clinic deserves one. I've got a very fragile Boston Terrier baby girl (2 years old) and I was terrified to have to get her spayed. I found Mtn Vista because they do laparoscopic spaying, which seemed the best option for my dog due to it being a less invasive procedure, and much quicker recovery time. Really aweful vet. I was visiting for a few days in Collingwood and I booked the dental care service much in advance by speaking to the receptionist so that they understand we have very limited time for the examination and the operation. The appointment was 10:30am on Aug 5th. Then, they got me wait till 12pm to see a vet who came in briefly to examine. Then, the vet left the room. Truly one of the best clinics I've ever been to. The level of care, attention to detail, and client service is top tier. The most communicative vets we've ever had, who work with our dogs at their speed and comfort levels, and work with us to ensure a full understanding of results and next steps.
