Dr. High and staff are excellent.
The ENT department is really unprofessional They dont respect your appointment time and they tell you to get to there office early then you wait like 1 1/2 hour pass your appointment time . Then they take in patients that get there after you I.t seams like the staff is in a bad mood I would not recommend this place I wouldn't give it a start but that's the only way it would let me post this .
Do not waste your time here!!!! These are the rudest most arrogant condescending group of buffoons in the Valley!!! The office staff are incredibly inept and 3 days before a much needed, serious surgery, the doctor cancelled!!!?? Thank God!!! I went to a real office with actual medical professionals at Mercy Gilbert!! Run from these quacks!!!
Excellent professionals who handled my double hernia surgery 2 weeks ago. Totally informative on the entire procedure before and after. Stayed on top of all medication needs in recovery and we're present at every step. Dr. High was my surgeon and I give him 5 stars as well. Highly recommended!
