RecommendedBest place to live in LA. No bugs, no roaches!!!!! Maintenance is always outstanding. Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Office stuff very nice and very accommodating. The surrounding is gorgeous. Always clean. What else you want??? Try to move from here and see what's out there. Nothing but places infested by roaches and so on. Unless you a fortune maybe. Reasonable rentFor the aerea. Resident since 2001. Love it
RecommendedThis place is extraordinary and definitely unique in LA. The morning starts with birds chirping on the trees. We get out of the house that is surrounded by huge trees and ponds and 2 minutes later we are walking barefoot on the beach and no, I am not talking about a mansion in Malibu. This is an affordable paradise in the heart of LA and so much better than the, all concrete apartment complexes in the marina. I feel lucky everyday to be living here. All love
RecommendedI really recommend Checking out the cafe! The people that work there are very kind and do a great job, special shout out to Rosa who makes the best Americano ever. One of my favorite amenities by far.
RecommendedI have lived at the Meadows for a number of years, just before my renewal Each year I would think of moving closer to my work in Brentwood or Santa Monica. I would go and look at many places and it would just make me appreciate The Meadows all over again. The service that you get here is hard to match, the staff is great, and most have worked here for many years/what does that tell you? They treat their employees well. I am going to miss Rancho Los Feliz when I leave next month. But honestly, It is a place I have lost respect for. It is mostly OK, but generally overpriced and has some areas of needed improvement. Careful consideration should be taken if you are thinking about moving here. Today, I shared some tenant advocacy information on the online bulletin board and about 10 minutes later, I was blocked. Luau was incredibly wonderful! Lots & lots of great food, music that had us all dancing, endless amount of drinks and most of all the best staff�
