The landlord was not very nice or accommodating he sounded bored and like he didn’t have time for me and when I showed more interest he only cared about money. He sounded like he just got up when I called to inquire about places just not very good customer relationship and service and I don’t recommend going to these guys.
Best place ever clean and quiet for the most part really a luxury lately
I would recommend these apartments over and over to ANYONE. Here’s why. Quality: These apartments are incredible nice and well taken care of. The layout is well thought out and perfect for a college student! Location: The apartments are walking distance from Smith’s, big O, and several fast food restaurants and a pharmacy. They’re also close to some amazing hiking, biking, and ATV trails. I don’t walk from here to SUU, but I could definitely and easily bike.
