Un lugar muy bonito
I've lived here since 2017 and the lot rent increases rapidly without the park being properly taken care of the park is always a mess and needs a serious makeover. Tree's in the back of my house recently fell down on my neighbors shed (this falls on the land owner) after years of asking something be done with them and no response. This year even though the economy is struggling rent increases $50. I love my house but I will be looking for some where else to put it. It's good, the lot fees keep going up, I guess we helped make the new site the Reserve with the extra we pay. All we have is a kids play ground. They don't enforce the no parking on road, past 2 winters the plow couldn't get near me due to both sides of my driveway had trucks & cars from people across the street. I had to shovel alot more which never should have happened. Thank goodness my other neighbors are very friendly & helpful but even they had more to shovel due to cars parked on the roads.
Been here forever almost 3 years we live our home and our street is nice and Quiet, just hate the fact that each year lot rent increases , with no upgrades to the park, I'm sure the $$$ made from the increase went to construction for the new homes, that does not benefit any of the residents here .
