Lived here for almost 12 years. Lots of issues with water, electric going out during storms. If that's not enough, they have declared more space for more mobile homes to go in. They need to address the electricity issues first. Especially for the elderly that live here and are on breathing machines. I can't tell you how many times our neighbors had to book a motel so they can at least have a power source for their machine. These people are on a fixed income.
