Great maintenance team! Whenever we put in a request for various issues, they arrive very quickly and handle everything efficiently. The team is very friendly, professional, and does clean, high-quality work. Everything is fixed perfectly.
Love the indoor parking, location close to downtown and very responsive management. Very safe feeling living here.
They do a good job at helping when issues arrive, and they have always made me feel like my issue is important to take care of. Honestly havent had any personal issues with the management here.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Mountain Village! I've known of this property for a while, but hadn't planned to live in Waukesha until 2 years ago when I moved here and almost guaranteed I'll be resigning for year three. The management is on top of everything - propery is very well maintained, the staff is always courteous, I don't think there is a bad thing about this place!
