I would rate this as a negative 5 stars if possible. The owner and management staff have no interest in treating the tenants with compassion, decently or fairly. Seems the only interest the owner has is how much money he can make. My 27 year old daughter and 2 friends rented a 3 bedroom apartment on a 6 month lease. At the end of the 6 month lease, management went month to month rent. After a few months, a 30 day notice to vacate.
