I am so grateful for the team at Mountain View Veterinary. My husband and I were on vacation with our dogs when one began urinating blood. I called this facility in a panic on a Saturday morning and they had a spot for us. They were so kind and understanding. I was anxious about being out of state and not having our usual vet. This was my first time taking my cat to Mountain View. I was able to get an appt quickly (within 1-2 days of calling). The facility was clean, nice, and welcoming. All of the staff were very friendly. They were wonderful with my cat and explained everything to my satisfaction. There was never any judgement. My expectations were met on every level. Thank you!
Mountain View Veterinary Hospital is a gem! My cat reacts very poorly to being taken out of the house, the staff at MVVH were kind and understanding of her needs and provided extra gentle care as a result. They were great at explaining what they were doing and why and listened carefully when I explained what she was experiencing. Since there was no clear path forward they took the time to discuss options with me and explained the different risks and impacts. Highly recommend!
Everyone was very polite and efficient. Nails trimmed great.
