Outstanding job at a good price. Waylon and his team are true arborists. They care about the trees and the results show it. They took their time limb-walking and trimming a 200 year old prized oak tree. We will have Mountainview Tree Services back when ever we need tree work. Clean up was perfect, there was no damage and the crew were polite and hardworking.
It was a complete pleasure working with Mountain View Tree Service! Waylon’s Team took down a danger tree in proximity to my powerlines and was very fast and efficient! As well as being a very proficient - this contractor was and prompt and gave me great price. Living on acreage in Maple Ridge I will not hesitate to use Mountain View TS again in the future!
My experience with Waylon was extremely disappointing. From the start, he came across as rude and hot-headed, and his communication style felt more hostile than helpful. He pushed aggressively which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend working with him based on this experience.
Waylon provided one of the most professional visits and quotes we have ever had. We received a detailed and written quote, so there were no unknowns. We really appreciated this. The team accomplished the large tree removal safely and skillfully. We truly felt we were in good hands and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Waylon.
