Cons: The building renovation is at low quality, a lot of maintenance needs to be done and the maintenance team is not professional or skillful. Sound isolation is very poor. Walls and floors are thin, you can hear neighbors talking/using bathroom/walking(room vibrating) and the neighbors can hear you. Outside sound is also extremely clear even when windows are closed.
