Cons: The building renovation is at low quality, a lot of maintenance needs to be done and the maintenance team is not professional or skillful. Sound isolation is very poor. Walls and floors are thin, you can hear neighbors talking/using bathroom/walking(room vibrating) and the neighbors can hear you. Outside sound is also extremely clear even when windows are closed. Noise and property management become a rising concern now. The management set up the quiet hour but they don't follow their own rules, which is a big concern as people are staying at home now. Extremely loud leaf blowing noise(very close to bedroom windows) starts early in the morning, 1 hour earlier before the quiet hour ends, and lasts an hour long.
