They were busy on a Sunday and got me in and out as fast as they could. Nascar tire change.
Kathy & Crystal handled adversity well amid busy times. Austin, then flowed thru on the shop side with extreme composure during these BUSY moments. These kinds of people are the ones to do business with, because you can see that they have compassion. Highly recommend.
I had a warranty issue on a new car. Mr. Tire’s representative listened to my case and advocated for me with the warranty company. I will definitely trust them with future work.
