Had a 9:30 appointment and checked in early. They told me it would be about 30 minutes for my truck to make it in the shop and get started. My truck sat in the parking lot for 3 hours before it was even touched while workers were riding personal dirt bikes in the parking lot. Absolutely will not be back
They were super busy and still took me in to repair my tire with no complaints. Very nice
They were able to squeeze me in on a Sunday morning to fix my tire that had a nail it, I did have a bit of a wait but was fine with it since I was given an appointment within the hour. I was given the option to wait or drop it off but chose to wait . The staff was very nice explained the prices and that if I had any issues with the tire to let them know so it could be fixed.
Joseph and the team and Mr Tire helped me get a replacement tire ordered and installed on my rim quickly so I could use my vehicle again without having to go to Asheville. I appreciate the quick work.
