10/10 experience. Customer service. Time management. Communication. Job quality. Everything was great. I’m in waynesville for work, but if I am here and have any auto issues I will be going to Mr. Tire for it all.
When I first walked in I was told I needed to wait at least an hour before they could start working on my car even though I had an appointment. A few minutes later the manager came to see me and said they would start on my car right away. I considered that good customer service.
Staff was very helpful in measuring and adjusting my tire pressure.
Service and pricing was excellent. The customer waiting area, showroom area, and restroom was very dirty and unprofessional looking to a customer.
