First week as a new resident of Waynesville and got a screw in my tire. While losing air, called Mr Tire who assisted verifying tire availability, pricing and was immediately available to replace it so drove directly to the shop. A few hours later, I was back on the road. Everyone, including the manager was very nice and friendly. Will definitely keep them in mind for future tire needs.
I was not told that my wait would be several hours, when the helpful receptionist said the shop could look at a flat tire for me, and signed me up. She should have known that the crew was understaffed that day (I later learned). The repairman was kind and responsive, after he was able to get underway almost 2-1/2 hours later. When he took the tire off and said the tire had sidewall damage that could not be repaired, he didn’t offer to put the donut spare back on (I had put it on myself).
