The young man up front was very polite and informative, and the work was great. The only problem was I arrived at 11 for my 12:00 appointment. They didn't even take my car back until after 1 knowing I had to leave for work by 2:30 which was why I scheduled at noon. I didn't get my car back until 2:45. They said it's because they're short staffed, and their scheduling should've taken that into consideration instead of double booking.
Brendan and Craig were awesome! Nothing like quality service along with a good sense of humor!
Great experience with Mr Tire! Came in without an apt to have two new tires installed. They got my truck in right away, did the work in a timely manner, and were knowledgeable about questions I had. Even better, they didn't push extra crap I didn't need/want, and didn't argue with me or give me advice I didn't ask for. Its tough as a female finding mechanics who just do what you request, don't upsell, and don't argue with you. I appreciate that these guys didn't do any of that! I'll be back.
I cannot recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in Haywood County. I had appointment at 10 AM to have two wheel bearings replaced on my car. Estimated time to complete the job was 2 hours. I returned at 2 PM (4 hours after my appointment) and they had not even started on my car. Reason: difficulty with another customer's repair. But they promised mine would be ready by 6 PM. it was a very frustrating experience,first day the call center took the appt. but failed to order tires which I gave her the size,the technician that day said he ordered the correct tires and they would be in the next day,again,the wrong size.Now the manager ordered the correct size and he took take 15% off which i do appreciate but 3 days multiple hrs.and yes cost of fuel because I live 30mi. away.I most likely not go back to mr.tire.
