Both my about this experience was conducted with respect for your customers. First, online ordering thru you is useless. My appt time (set 30 hours in advance) wasn't even realistic. Trien to call the store 6 times to verify as your site requests That is stupid to put this on the customer but you do) but no one answers the phone and your phone service is terrible. They had our car for a week. We kept calling every day trying to figure out what was happening and what needed to be done and they’d say “we will call you back in 10 mins!” Every day this happened. They’d never call back. We finally drove over and just told them to hand us the keys and they acted shocked - really?? We went across town and within 4 hours at another spot we had it diagnosed and part replaced. Will never go here again.
How to sudden Bonaire leak and tire dictation from a nail for fitting the thick tread on a new snow tire. It was 630 but they said come in anyway. They assessed that I needed a new tire, ordered it, it arrived in two days and they mounted it. Quick response, good service good results very happy.
I had them check my alignment and it was out. They repaired it from what it was but it still pulls a little to the left and i have a warping sound and some vibrations.
