Walked in this morning to have a tire looked at. I had bought the set of tires from this location and opted for the road hazard coverage. They finished within an hour and honored the coverage. Staff was courteous and professional.
Troubleshooted the check engine light and identified diagnostic trouble codes P0451–P0456, which indicate a leak within the EVAP (Evaporative Emission Control) system. Performed a smoke test on the EVAP system to locate the source of the leak. Based on the findings, it was determined that the purge valve and gas filler cap required removal and replacement to resolve the issue. The folks at Mountain View Tire are great. They waited for me to find a replacement for a bent wheel, then quickly mounted the new tire. Their service is quick and professional.
Terrible experience! You should not advertise a free check engine light service when you actually charge $189 for it.
They said they could do a alignment, easy stuff adjusting camber and toe , drop car off , get a call hr later saying they can't do it and pick my car up, unhappy and will never go back
