Pregnant mother called early morning regarding my flat tire (hit a pothole in the rain, just my luck). Spoke to Sam and he was great. Gave me the price for tire, balance and rotation over the phone. He provided a time frame of when service would be complete and was very respectable gentleman. Sam was able to take care of my concern in a timely manner. Thank you.
