Sam was awesome to work with at the shop. He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was handled right. Made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for better service—highly recommend Sam!
Customer service was mid to begin with but I came in with a voucher from Groupon that I paid for to get a synthetic blend oil change and the guys working the front desk wanted to charge me an addition 40$ to use a different oil when I know my car takes a synthetic blend bc I get use the synthetic blend at jiffy lube every few months…
Bought a Groupon for an oil change. Got the wrong one for my car but the difference was still cheaper than going anywhere else. Got my breaks done too. Waited a bit but it was packed and I was a walk in. But great service
Over 2 hour wait for oil change when no one was there, quoted $97 to change a $3 brake light bulb!! Guy wasn't the friendliest either
