I initially brought my vehicle in for an inspection that I was assured they could perform, but it was not completed. Additionally, I got a wheel alignment. Although I was told the vehicle was test-driven and perfect, this was not the case. The vehicle felt unsafe and as though it was going to drive off the road. I returned to there shop three times to have this resolved, but the issue persists. Given this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality work! Do not bring your vehicle here !!!
I went in for a tire rotation, the shop was really slow, mechanics sitting around, and took almost 1 hour to start my tire rotation. This was my second time at your shop, and I had a similar experience, last time. Front desk person was not friendly.
Unfortunate event I popped both right side tires. Had my car towed there on a flatbed. Alexander took good care of me. Ordered the OEM recommended tires and gave me a good deal on all 4 tires.
