I’m so grateful Mountain View is open on Sundays. They fit me in for a morning appointment even though they were booked, fixed my flat tire, and got me on the road in record time.
Something has changed at this place. Used to consistently earn 5 stars, but last two alignments were underquoted until I got there, surprise! This time, they chose to give a full inspection, with pictured report, w/o my knowledge, taking over 2 hours for a 45 minute alignment. They gave a discount, but that didn't help my wife missing her appointment. Also, their appointment center is vastly undertrained, causing multiple misunderstandings. Gotta shop for another place, too bad.
Service desk is fine but the tech in the shop is very unprofessional and not very good. I would not go to this location at all.
I had my tires replaced on my Prius. They did an excellent job I was in and out in one hour and I appreciate that.
