Very professional and kind. Honest and transparent. Will be back
I ordered 2 rear tires and I was told they would be delivered in the morning sept 8th by 7.30am I arrived only to be told they did not have them. The 3 guys who worked there said they could not locate the tires. I left the shop only to ve called 10 minutes later that the tires had arrived. My complaint was that I was promised one thing but the experience was not good. The manager there sounded irritated when I asked him questions. There goes another customer. They lost my trust.
Had an appointment for brake service. Walked in and the front desk guy was helping another client and told me he'll be right with me. Another guy walks in 10 minutes after I did and he began to help the guy before he helped me. I walked out and cancelled my appointment.
Sam is an awesome service advisor! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Please tell corporate to get rid of the stupid third party answering service...ty
