I went there to change my oil and battery, and they made really poor job on charging oil. I don’t know how it’s possible. They literally forgot to change the battery. I had to go back and put me in a very bad situation. They were kind enough to tell me that they made mistake.
Friendly staff , but terrible service , paid 60 dollars for them to mess up the edges of my wheels putting on a new tire , I was going to go back with another car but never mind will never recommend these guys to anyone
I'm writing to express my profound disappointment with the service at Mountain View Tire & Auto Service. My experience, particularly with the front desk, was nothing short of horrible. I attempted to schedule an appointment with them three separate times. The first two appointments were unilaterally rescheduled by their team, citing a lack of available technicians. I like this shop because it's clean the customer service is great every time I come here to have something done in my vehicles from engine repairs to shocks ,brakes tune up oil change the employees have been good and respectful and for the most part very knowledgeable. Most of all their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other car mechanic shops.
