If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Store hours say they close at 6 PM. I showed up at 4:30 on a Saturday. Plenty of time, right? Not for this manager, who looked like I ruined his weekend just by walking in. Instead of doing his job, he made up some nonsense about my front suspension being “blown” — without touching, checking, or inspecting a single thing. I came at 8:30 in the morning sort of in a panic because I had a flat tire and I had to get to work. However, everything turned around for the better as soon as I pulled up to the garage! I was greeted, and I explained what was going on. I was allowed to get my car serviced and fixed while still making it to work on time and being able to pick up my car later. They also were very kind enough to do a courtesy fluid check for me and let me know what is going to be needing replacement on my vehicle to keep my car running strong... read more
Very bad experience. I called first to ask the price if i bring my tires, how much for installation and balance - they told me it would be 30.99$ per tire. I said ok, that price works for me. When I came in, I asked for the price and it was 45.99$ install and balance (and plus tax). 1.5x scam information, that make me bring my car there in emergency condition. Very long service, they asked for 1-1:30 hour, and I was able take the car only in 3 hours. Terrible experience, price, time nothing worth to bring your own car here. ... read more
I went there to change my oil and battery, and they made really poor job on charging oil. I don’t know how it’s possible. They literally forgot to change the battery. I had to go back and put me in a very bad situation. They were kind enough to tell me that they made mistake.
