Most knowledgeable and honest mechanic I've ever been to. Gene is conscientious & skilled.He's been my mechanic for 16 yrs. I trust him implicitly.
Called ahead to see if they could do NYS inspections. They said it was first come first serve, as of 8:30a. I got there right on time and they said I was too late. Incredibly rude. Don’t trust them with your vehicle.
Been taking our vehicles here for years. Always honest, quality work. Highly recommended
Failed me on inspection for 'seized' emergency brake. Tried to get me to come in at a later date to 'fix problem'. Went directly to Mavis to get second opinion. They determined emergency brake was completely fine!!! When I called to let MT know, the owner became defensive, rude and nasty. This is NO way to talk to a customer. Bottom line: $21 ripped off and would've been more if I fell for the "we can fix it" line of BS. STAY AWAY!!!
Good shop. Cute doggie. What's not to like?
