was in the Emergency room 3/9/25 was told to make appointment for surgery by DR James. So I went to the office on 3/10 at 9 am and the entitled lady in the office said she didnt want to help me and just gave me a business card and call the number on the card. So just go somewhere else if you can because I am. Thank you for showing what not to do to get new patients.

Dr. Rogness is absolutely amazing! She helped me when NO ONE else would. Squeezed me in her busy scheduled and preformed an emergency surgery without hesitation! She has been kind, compassionate and caring every step of the way! Everyone should experience the kind of care I've received from her! 5 stars and two thumbs up for Dr. James and staff!! I was in excruciating pain and being told different things by different doctors. None of which seemed right. Dr. James read my CT scan for himself, not relying on the report, and immediately identified multiple hernias. His calming bedside manner was exactly what I needed through the entire process. Had a hernia repair with this team — I still don’t know if I got a mesh lining or if he was able to resolve the umbilical hernia without mesh. There was no follow up from the doctor. Also, the billing thereafter came to be over $1000 more than their estimate without explanation. The discussion with their admins was so ineffective, I gave in and just paid it. CAUTION STAY AWAY WORST EXPERIENCE I was referred to this office for a minor surgery or a hernia and came in for a consultation. The doctor saw me for 3 minutes and billed me almost $800 dollars. I called the office numerous times and sent numerous message that this charge is unreasonable but they continue to harass me. Very unethical and now I will not even trust them to do the necessary surgery. Very unprofessional. Stay Away !!!
