He and his team, especially Jared, have been so helpful and despite longer timelines due to city permitting challenges, they have been available via email and text. We are so happy with the final rooftop decking product and look. Our Condo Association has used Mountain View to correct a serious problem we were having with glass falling out of the railings. They were quick to give us a solution and fixed the problem quickly. Subsequently, I personally had some issues with the special rubber layer on my deck cracking. Kyle, found a great solution that would not require to replace the new deck immediately. I had Mountain View Sun Decks build my railing based on my measurements. Kyle was very helpful during the planning stages. They were very helpful during loading and the railing was the perfect lengths during installation. Thanks to the entire team to ensure my deck railing was problem free from start to finish.
