We got a quote from Mountain View for a steep hillside stairway. Kyle was always quick to respond to emails and available by phone. He was always professional and easy to work with. Our project went a different direction but we would have been confident to work with them if we had proceeded with the original design.
Mountain view sun decks were excellent to deal with. From the quoting where they take the time to discuss, explain, and offer solutions to the install team who were very professional, polite, and kept the work site clean. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future
I wanted a solution to doors on a sunroom installed on my deck not closing smoothly after a few years to where one of the doors wouldn't fully close during winter of 2024-2025, so contacted Mountain View Sun Decks to explore a solution. They did an on-site visit and estimate for installing screw piles to be a better foundation for the deck. It turned out screw piles couldn't be used due to not enough space for equipment, so they did regular piles instead, as well as replaced a support beam that had decay. Kyle took our calls when no one else would. He and his team, especially Jared, have been so helpful and despite longer timelines due to city permitting challenges, they have been available via email and text. We are so happy with the final rooftop decking product and look.
