We had a great trip to Mountain View resorts. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool and waterslide was perfect for the kids. All the employees were so friendly and kind. We can’t wait to go back.
Great location with a scenic drive and scenic view from room balconies. Incredible family friendly pool and outstanding service. The suites are very spacious and comfortable for extended stays.
I received excellent customer service from Noor and Ashmita. Those two girls were very kind and helpful. Whenever I asked for something, they gave it to us right away. The other gentleman's name is Miles, he was very friendly, he found one of my things that I forgot and came to our car to give it back. We have been coming to this place for 3 years in a row, however this time, we received a significant improvement in customer service. I will keep coming to this place every year because my children love this place.
The property is very outdated. The way our room was setup means you have to choose between having sun or having no privacy, as the windows open up to the outdoor hallway. No soundproofing. Our kiddo loved the waterpark, but things were falling apart everywhere, there were paint chips in the drains. Half the toys didn't work. Bed was low quality, toilet feels like it was the cheapest option.
