Our experience at Mountain View Resort was extremely disappointing, largely due to the behavior of the check in staff member Noor. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, her attitude was consistently rude and unprofessional. She made dismissive comments like I do not care, it is not my problem, and I am too busy for this, which is completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Nash who helped us at the front, he was so kind and friendly. He kindly assisted us when we asked if we could enter the room a bit earlier, and guided us with care. His friendliness and warm attitude made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
