It was fine, and I got answers for what I brought my daughter in for. Unfortunately, the PA that we saw was super short with me and acted like we were inconveniencing her by being there.
I took my daughter in because she wasn't feeling well. They did a strep test, which was negative, and sent us on our way. After paying $150 at time of service, we got another bill for $120. So basically they charged $270 and didn't do anything helpful.
These guys took such good care of me and my daughter today. Went in because i wasnt feeling well and ended up having to get an IV. The very kid nurses took my daughter and let her color so she didnt have to see me get stabbed. They were so amazing, definitely recommend.
I was seen very quickly! Staff is super nice and courteous!
My partner went in due to stepping on a rusty nail and was worried about tetanus. The receptionist was rude and after talking to her she told us to go to another ungent care or to the ER. Basically refused to help at all because my partner had an existing balance he was working on paying off. Never going there again.
