TMI: I came into this facility earlier today completely incoherent and vomiting bile and blood. This happens to me occasionally due to endometriosis and other medical complications. The staff was incredibly patient, professional, kind and accommodating with me even though I could barely speak in full sentences. They helped me very well- they only had to poke me once for IV (big deal for me). It should also be known that this facility does have IV fluids available. Dr Christensen, and his nurses Kirsten and piper were amazing! I’m in between my visits at wound care and my bandaging was coming undone and they got me in and treated me like an old friend!!! I have nothing but positive reviews for them! Thank you guys so much for the fast visit and thorough bandaging!!!! 10/10

I have been waiting to write this review. Trying to decide if I need to write it or if I just need to drop it. I went to Redicare on a Saturday night for Strep throat and needed a doctors note for work. After coming back to discuss antibiotics. I have PCOS and he asked about my unwanted hair on my chin. Proceeded to tell me that the best thing to do for that is lose weight. I told him that I have lost 77 lbs!!!!! Then he asked if I was on a certain med and I said yes. I usually come here because it’s close to my house and open later than most urgent cares in town. But I will never go there again. An urgent care should be efficient and quick, and this place is neither. Every visit takes way too long, and the staff consistently come off as rude and unfriendly. It honestly feels like they don’t know what they’re doing or talking about half the time.
