I toggle between a 3 rating or a 4 rating… Let me be the first to say that the staff and managers were amazing and really went above and beyond. We truly did have a special day, the views were amazing and the space was perfect and the staff were very helpful and great. I had a very negative interaction with general manager Marley over a urined stained mattress I found upon inspecting the family cabin at the Wedgewood weddings pine location. Marley said that customers wetting the bed is common and that it was Wedgewood weddings policy to get mattresses cleaned and reuse them with peecovers. If you are staying in the cabins please check your mattresses because you could be sleeping on urine. Our experience with Wedgewood was unbelievably fabulous. I genuinely didn’t think that any kind of event planning could be so streamlined and attentive. Mountain View was such a perfect opportunity to provide our guest with a slice of Colorado mountain atmosphere. We had our wedding here on November 3rd - at the Lakeview site - and it was the best day of our lives! The entire team made the process extremely easy to manage and took a lot of stress off of us while wedding planning.
