I’ve been going to therapy at Mountain View Psychiatry, and in early 2024, I received TMS therapy. The supportive, professional staff made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. TMS, combined with lifestyle changes, has made a incredible difference in my life.
I had a wonderful, very relaxing first appointment. I noticed a difference in my anxiety levels immediately. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I have tried traditional depression treatments with various medications throughout the years, without any relief, and the benefits did not out weigh the negative side effects. I highly recommend TMS treatment as an alternative to dangerous medications.
I haven't even had an appointment yet. So far they've lost my email once, called the wrong phone number twice, and just cancelled my first appointment with 1/2 hour notice because of a sudden emergency. I've scheduled another appointment, but am actively checking other offices who are taking new patients.
