I've used this company twice now and have not been completely satisfied either time. My first experience was Oct 2016 for a pool closing. I called and talked to two separate company representatives asking how much a pool closing would cost for my 20,000 gal pool and both times was told $200. After the pool closing was completed I was sent an invoice for $327, which was $127 dollars more than what I was quoted. Reviewing the invoice, Mt. Unfortunately we have not received any messages from this customer at the office in attempt to answer billing questions. We have been in business for 16+ years and pride ourselves in a quality and honest business practice. In our bids for services, sales tax is never included because it is a bid and not a completed service; and chemicals are also excluded from pool opening and closing bids as we do not know the quantity of chemicals needed for the pool until the actual service.
