I can't say enough good things about the team at Mountain View Physical Therapy! I had a full shoulder replacement in April, and thanks to this amazing team, I'm now back to doing the things I enjoy. Evelyn was amazing! She helped me correct my spine after an accident I had previously had and helped me regain confidence in having a strong body. She taught me how my body works, especially when it comes to the pelvic floor, and how to use my breath to support my core. She helped me do things I didn’t think I could do after having babies. I had never been to physical therapy before, but after taking a fall while hunting, I suffered a partial patellar tendon tear. I was referred to Mountain View Physical Therapy for rehabilitation, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I worked primarily with Chris and Mackenzie, and they were both incredibly attentive throughout my recovery.
