I went to this place for months. Megan kern plays nice in front of you then stabs your back. She ordered imaging and told me to wait on PT until after images come back. So I did as she said. She ordered images of the wrong area pushing it out further then wrote me up for not doing PT I explained it to her and she looked at me said she understood and still wrote me up. Great
Do yourself a favor and find another pain management provider. This place is neither customer or patient-centric. Their systems are inaccurate and defunct. Demanded upfront payment and when asked to bill me after insurance calculated payments they refused. As they fumbled around for 15 minutes trying to contact my insurance they then informed me I would need to reschedule, after making my way across town in the snow... Will never return here!
I had to delete my 5 star review because it no longer represents my experience. I was going religiously for PT and pain management and they had to switch my schedule so many times that I couldn't keep up with it. I was marked as a no call no show for an appointment I showed up for, and got a call today that all of my appointments will be canceled and I'll have to call for same day appointments. I understand the policy but I didn't break it, and I couldn't get a hold of someone to work it out. The call center is a nightmare, ... read more
Wonderful personal they take the time to listen to you. They address your concerns. Be upfront about everything and they will take care of you. Best care i ever received
