This place was welcoming the 1st two times. The more I started going it was very fast pace and also had limited appointments. I was referred to go other places for injections because I couldn't get in enough to visit the Chiropractor for adjustments and physical therapy at the same time. I have been charged to cancel appointments ahead of time even when I rescheduled. I hardly got the help I needed and I'm still suffering. I would recommend Mountain View paint center to anyone looking for a pain management Dr, to try dry needling, acupuncture, or have to do physical therapy. They Also do Chiropractic work. Haven't tried that yet but I'm looking forward to doing so in the future. My experience with Kristen has been very professional. She’s very upbeat. She knows what she’s doing. She is very thorough. She explains things very well. She is very knowledgeable and she thinks about other exercises ahead of time and thinks more about her patience and their rehab rehabilitation. I give her five stars and would refer her to anybody that needs to have physical therapy done. Thanks, Greg Roach
Josh is a knowledgeable and empathetic person who knows how to listen to his patients and provide excellent support and guidance towards a healthier lifestyle.
PT lied about available options for pain relief. They push chiropractor which isn’t covered by insurance. No massage available though was originally advertised. 20 years of chronic pain and my only options were meds I cannot take injections that have caused more pain or visiting with a psych nurse. My mental health is not the problem it’s the 20+ years of medical neglect and trauma. I have no quality of life but as usual all they care about is money not actual patient care. Will never return
