Worst experience of my life! I had an appointment for weeks for pain management and they called 1 business day before my appointment and canceled it. Valeria said they wouldn't see me because I was on 2 pain medications and a anxiety med. I made the appointment in plenty of time not to run out of pain meds. They care nothing for their patients. Its only about $. I have been with them for years for Chiropratic, which I feel was the cause of the spinal fusion I had to have. I had no neck problems until I started going to the chiropractic services. Their physical therapists are always changing and you'll never have the same person. Therefore there is no personalization in your care. They chargerd me 3 times what my co-pay was before 3 physical therapist appts. This place is amazing! I would recommend anyone to come here for physical therapy. The physical therapists are great!
If you’re considering this practice I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I arrived a few minutes late (less than 5) for my appointment. They scheduled me at this center which is 30mins away and I had to wait 2+ weeks for the appointment. On arrival they said I didn’t fill out my intake forms, which were never sent to me. I then spent 15mins filling out the forms only for their software to fail and not allow me to submit them.
