I was optimistic about this place because it's right by my house and I wanted to start acupuncture treatments again. Everything was just fine and according to my insurance it's a $30 copay. I set the appointment and had a really good session. Three months go by, and I finally get a bill for $120 which confused me because first of all, you can get an acupuncture appointment with self pay for way less than that. UPDATE: : they reply faster to Google reviews instead of calling a patient back. I tried calling right now and it goes to their lovely Voice Mail for their nonexistent assistant. BEWARE: I have a rare disease and Dr. Whitley one of their pain doctors prescribed me Lyrica. The medication helps me a lot but every time I need a refill it’s nothing short of chaos. This place is a joke. I made an appointment over a month ago. Less then 24 hours from my appointment they told me they no longer take my insurance. So I had to reschedule at a northglen clinic. I told them I need advanced pain management because I have tried everything else. I just want Lyrica and a small script of tramadol for breakthrough pain. I'm really disappointed with how my visit went with this office. The more time I've had to think about it the more I realize that it was not a good experience. I scheduled an appointment last month to see Brianna O'conner. I specifically scheduled with her because I had first hand recommendations for her. I told my other doctors that I was going to have an appointment at this clinic with her. I waited 3.5 weeks for this appointment.
