As soon as I walk into the office, I'm greeted with friendly faces and friendly birds. The staff are very professional and Doctor Sebastian thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I left my phone in an uber ride and had no way to get home. Thankfully Jennifer S. , the Treatment Coordinator, took me home. As far as customer service goes, she went above and beyond! I would most definitely recommend this business to family and friends.
We had a great experience at our consult today! Dr. Sebastian really took the time to explain my daughter's upcoming treatment and answer any questions we had. Thank you to Dr Sebastian, Jennifer and staff for being so kind and thorough!
We’ve had all 3 of our kids treated here. They all love Dr Sebastian and the rest of the staff. Everyone is kind and always happy! I appreciate the level of knowledge and professionalism from everyone as well.
The staff and Dr. Beckwith are amazing. I highly recommend them for your orthodontic care. Anytime my son had something break, they responded immediately and got us in at all different times. Love the option to go to Longmont or Berthoud! Also, I felt like we were never rushed and all questions were answered in depth. Definitely a great place for orthodontic care!
