BEWARE-Great surgeon but office staff does not follow through. Verify with your insurance company when you get an estimate as to what they will really pay. Don't trust their estimates even if in writing. Follow up with your insurance co. yourself to get an accurate estimate of what portion they will cover. If you are expecting a follow up call don't hold your breath. THIS OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.
