I love coming here! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and attended too. Dr. Michele is so personable, she's funny, and she always makes sure you have all your questions answered and understand fully what's going on with your eye health! Andrea was amazing too!! Really took the time to make sure my glasses were perfect! I always enjoying coming in! Thank you!
I recently started to go to Mountain View for my eye appointments and so far, my experience has been great! The staff are very professional and the clinic is clean and modern. Dr. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I also appreciate that some of the staff have gone on missions to provide optometric services to third world countries and have also served in optometrist associations, which shows that they're passionate about their profession. Great experience. Friendly, informative staff from the front desk to Dr. Rob and the gentleman who discussed my options for eyewear and took my payment. Parking was available and complimentary. Office was clean and comfortable. Wait time was non existent. Eye exam price was provided clearly up front. Seemed a bit higher Pricing was higher than my previous eye doctor but I have moved Provinces so that may be the going rate in Calgary. I will continue to use their services for myself and family.
Dr. Wood and staff are awesome. Our family has been going here for a few years now and we'd recommend them to anyone. They're always quick and on time. The glasses are on the pricey side but if you want quality designer glasses, you get what you pay for.
I had a wonderful experience visiting the optometry center. I have a very rare and complicated eye condition in which the staff were amazing to work with and understanding on my needs. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and clarified. Any questions or concerns I had. They were honest and upfront about what they can or cannot do and the costs. Which I greatly appreciate.
