While attending their 25th Anniversary event, I was on the hunt for a new pair of glasses to replace the ones I last purchased from Mountain View Optometry over 10 years ago. I had a great experience at mountain view optometry! Lauren was very helpful with finding me the right pair of glasses for my lifestyle and face shape. They had a huge selection and a range of price points. There was good communication and my child was treated so kindly by all the staff. My lenses are such high quality I've had to adjust to seeing clearly again! The service and product have been incredible and I would recommend to anyone!
Rosendo was fantastic! He helped me pick out the perfect frames with such expertise and patience. He answered all my questions thoroughly, making sure I felt confident in my choice. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also really friendly and easy to talk to. His communication throughout the process was excellent, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I am always taken care off at this optometry and given top-notch service. From the front desk to testing it’s the most smoothest interaction, very friendly staff and exceptional in their customer service. Dr Rob is God sent, so thorough, never rushed always gives extra time to leave you well heard and is just a gem of a doc, is an exceptional human and a even a better doctor. I was close to ordering a new pair of glasses through an online store, and so glad I called into MV to speak to Rosendo, who took his time to discuss my particular needs. I was so impressed I booked an appointment with him and he helped me through the process of selecting new glasses - I like them so much I'll be using my contact lenses less for computer work and even driving, which I like better with my new glasses.
