I’ve been going to Mountain View Optometry for years and I thoroughly trust their work. The staff are very friendly, greet you by name, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They’re very thorough in their exams and take the time to explain any issues they may encounter. Dr Rob is very knowledgeable and really helped my spouse with dry eye syndrome. With easy access and free parking their location is really convenient. I feel very fortunate to have such a professional and trustworthy eye doctor. Highly re... read more

I don't even wear glasses—I simply accompany my family to their appointments. Even so, I always enjoy coming here. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and engaging, and they make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Mountain View Optometry to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

I took my 5-year-old son to Mountain View at Crowfoot for his first eye appointment, and our experience was wonderful! From the reception to the initial screening, everyone was so kind, patient, and well prepared to work with children. Dr. Nicole was extremely caring and took the time to explain everything clearly, especially since he will need glasses. We felt very welcomed throughout the whole visit. I highly recommend this clinic!

When it came to getting the details set up for my prescription, her and the team looked after me well. I love the energy of the practice, welcoming and they a... read more

Excellent experience! The care they provide is outstanding for both adults and children. It was my 5-year-old daughter’s first time having her pupils dilated, and the team was incredibly patient and reassuring, helping her feel comfortable and at ease. They also gave me great guidance when choosing my new lenses and frames. They made sure I felt confident in my design. The continuous follow-up makes us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended!
