What an amazing team! We were greeted, assessed and spoke to the optometrist. Then purchased lenses and was properly educated about my step daughters unique prescription. All in around an hour and a half. Super pleased with this place! Cant wait to come in when the frames arrive!
My new glasses are very comfortable and look great! I get lots of compliments on them. The staff was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide what style or colour I should pick. I came back three times they remembered what I was looking for and explained all of my options for progressives. I was surprised to get them so quickly! Thank you so much Mountain View optometry!

When I picked up my glasses she ensured the fit was correct and went above and beyond by checking in the next day to make sure I was happy with them. We keep returning because the staff has come to know us so well I feel like we are friends. In particular, Lauren, in frames and lenses has been so immensely helpful with all three of our family members needing extra help now and again. She goes above and beyond and she is incredibly down to earth and genuine. We are also grateful for the latest technology to address our vision care. Definitely recommend! and so many choices for eye ware!
I booked an appointment a couple years ago because the contact solution I used to use was discontinued and every brand I tried would burn my eyes. They put me through the meal deal check-up and ran all the tests they could, even though I was seeing just fine with my current prescription. The appointment cost $100's and $100's of dollars, far beyond my optometrist coverage, without telling me they used up my glasses/lens fund and told me I didn't owe them anything for the appointment.
